Yes! I offer in-person sessions in Long Beach as well as virtual therapy within California.

Registered associate marriage and family therapist. I have experience working in shelters for people experiencing homelessness, in-patient and outpatient mental health treatment centers with teens and adults, and private-practice settings.

I support adults and adolescents, couples/people in relationships, and families, especially folks in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Common themes include developmental/societal trauma, rebuilding trust and communication, breakups, navigating sexuality and gender, mood disorders, and addiction. If you’re unsure, ask.

Therapy is relational and collaborative. We’ll slow down together, get curious about what hurts and what’s possible, and set goals that feel doable. I draw from trauma-informed care, attachment work, CBT/ACT, mindfulness, EMDR-informed approaches, and psychodynamic perspectives, always tailored to you.

Session one is about your story, your hopes, and what safety looks like for you. Most folks start with weekly 50-minute sessions; we may shift as things stabilize.
Access, Location & Scope

Yes. In-person in Long Beach, CA, and secure telehealth anywhere in California.

Yes, with parent/guardian consent. We’ll clarify confidentiality and caregiver involvement before starting.

To protect a healing space, I don’t work with people who hold racist, homophobic, transphobic, xenophobic, or ableist views.
Fees, Insurance & Policies

I currently accept Optum and United Healthcare insurance.

I hold limited reduced-fee spots; please ask about availability.
Cancellations/reschedules require 48 hours’ notice to avoid the full fee.
Self-pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate per the No Surprises Act.
Privacy, Safety & Crisis

Yes, with legal exceptions: serious risk of harm, suspected abuse/neglect of a child, elder, or dependent adult, or a valid court order. We’ll review this together.
